Every Christmas I pick a cocktail to serve to guests. And who doesn’t love Irish Cream I thought why not give it a twist.

Let's get into the details of this Baileys White Russian Cocktail

The classic White Russian is made with vodka, heavy cream and coffee liqueur and served over ice . To give this drink even more flavour, I swapped the cream for Baileys.

This cocktail hits all the right notes when it comes to flavour. I used Absolut Vanilla Vodka which is one my favourites. It has a distinct taste of vanilla, notes of butterscotch and hints of dark chocolate which make it perfect for this cocktail as it enhances the taste. Kahlua adds coffee flavour. And the Baileys makes it a creamy and luxurious.

This is a fun easy cocktail to relax with and enjoy over the holidays.
