Slice orange and strawberries. Add fruit to a glass jug, sprinkle with sugar, and stir. Leave to stand for 30 minutes at the room temperature. This releases the juices in the strawberries.
Pour in rosé wine and brandy. Stir and refrigerate for up 1 to 4 hours.
When ready to serve, fill glasses with ice, pour over sangria, and top with soda water. Spoon some fruit into each glass.
