Ingredients

  • 100 grams (¾ cup) blueberries, fresh or frozen
  • 80 grams (½ cup) chopped mango, fresh or frozen
  • 240 ml (1 cup) soy yogurt, divided use

Instructions

  • Combine blueberries and 120 ml (1/2 cup) soy yogurt in a blender and process in the until smooth. Pour into a glass.
  • Combine mangoes and remaining soy yogurt in a blender and process in the until smooth. Pour mango mixture over blueberry mixture.
