Ingredients

  • 134 grams (2 cups) chopped kale
  • 105 grams (½ cup) frozen pineapple
  • 1 frozen banana, cut into chunks
  • 2 kiwis, sliced
  • 120 ml (½ cup) apple juice

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients starting with kale in a blender.
  • Blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
