2small passion fruits or 60 ml (2 ounces) passion fruit juice or pureesee notes
60ml(2 ounces) vodka
crushed ice
1passion fruit, cut in half, to garnish
Instructions
To make the simple syrup, add water and sugar to a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring until the sugar has dissolved. Allow to cool before using. Store in jar It will keep, refrigerated, for about one month.
Cut lime into wedges and put 4 wedges into a short tumbler glass. Add simple syrup and muddle the limes to release the juices and oils.
Add passion fruit pulp and vodka. Stir to combine.
Add crushed ice and stir. Taste your drink and add in more syrup if needed.
Garnish with half a passion fruit and lime wedge.
Notes
Omit simple syrup if using passion fruit juice.
